3. Billing & Payments

  • Membership fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified at checkout).
  • By purchasing a membership, you authorise MatesWines to charge the nominated payment method for ongoing fees until cancellation.
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed via Eway.
We do not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Cancellation of Membership (Card Scheme Requirement)

Customers may cancel their membership at any time by:

  • Logging into their account and managing their subscription, or
  • Contacting our support team via email at info@mateswines.com.au

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at info@mateswines.com.au and we will investigate promptly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes to Membership or Pricing

We reserve the right to modify membership benefits or pricing.
Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or on our website.

7. Delivery & Fulfilment (If Applicable)

Where membership includes wine deliveries:

  • Delivery timeframes will be communicated at checkout
  • Alcohol deliveries require proof of age (18+)
  • Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your contact and payment details remain up to date.
We are not responsible for failed payments due to expired or invalid cards.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatesWines will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from membership use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
